Among other honors, the winner will be presented with a trophy specially created by conceptual artist Loris Gréaud, designed from original elements assembled in collaboration with Claude Parent during his lifetime. This trophy was produced in fiber-reinforced concrete by Förma.
We also take this opportunity to inform you that our partner, Galerie 8 plus 4, will present a collection of never-before-exhibited sketches and ink drawings from May 28 to June 15, 2026, at 13 Rue d’Alexandrie (2nd arrondissement), Paris. Spanning three decades and preserved until now by the architect’s family, these study and preparatory sketches reveal a previously unseen facet of Claude Parent’s creative process.
*The pre-selection committee is composed of Gilles Béguin (architect, Corsica, France), Amy Bodiam (architect, London, UK), Julie Cattant (architect, author, and educator, Lyon, France), Igor Siddiqui (architect, author, and educator, Austin, Texas, USA), as well as Chloé Parent and Mehrad Sarmadi (founders of the Claude Parent Prize, Los Angeles, USA and Montpellier, France).
