Refreshed for 2026, Spacia now comprises 98 wood and stone designs, including 56 new additions. From natural woods to marble, cement and terrazzo-inspired finishes, the expanded palette offers a versatile starting point for commercial interiors, now and in the years ahead.
With multiple plank and tile sizes, a range of Simple Patterns and 140 parquet options, the collection offers new scope to experiment with scale, direction and material – while keeping specification beautifully simple.
And with a 0.55mm wear layer and 10-year commercial warranty, Spacia LVT flooring is designed to work as hard as the spaces it helps create.

For projects with specific acoustic, slip resistance or sustainability requirements, Spacia LVT flooring can be specified with three optional enhancements, individually or in combination:
Amtico Acoustic – Integrated acoustic backing helps reduce impact sound transmission by up to 18dB, supporting comfort in busy, multi-occupancy environments.
Amtico Safety – Enhanced slip resistance to BS EN 13845, offering added reassurance in areas where safety underfoot is a priority.
Amtico Bio – A lower-carbon specification option using bio-attributed PVC, helping reduce embodied carbon while maintaining the same design and performance.
