In a strategic hire for architecture practice Collado Collins (CoCo), Toby Neilson has been appointed as Director. He joins the leadership team alongside existing directors Dominic Hailey and Tony Combes.
Formerly Principal Director at BDG architecture + design, Toby’s experience spans architecture and design for both private and public sector clients. His wealth of experience across sectors, and his particular expertise in commercial and workplace design with both occupier and developer clients complements CoCo’s already strong reputation in the Living sectors and supports the growth of the practice by expanding its offer into new markets.
Director Dominic Hailey said: “Since its formation 22 years ago, CoCo has delivered developments for a wide variety of clients and established a reputation for excellence in both design and delivery. Since completing the transfer to an Employee Ownership Trust in 2025 the leadership team has been planning a strategic appointment to support their long-term plans for growth.
“Toby’s leadership skills, the strength of his network, and deep knowledge of the workplace market will support this ambition and add further depth to the practice. Alongside the current director team, we are excited about what we will achieve together.”
