VIVALDA Group, the UK and Ireland’s leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance façade solutions, has announced the appointment of Kristy Driver as Managing Director – Distribution.
Kristy brings extensive knowledge and experience from across the construction and façade sectors. Her appointment further strengthens VIVALDA Group’s distribution division, where she will work closely with Trading Director Andy Thomas to drive continued growth and performance.
Having spent the majority of her career within the construction and façade industry, Kristy possesses a deep understanding of the market. Most recently, she served as Managing Director of FGF, where she played a pivotal role in transforming a struggling business into a successful and profitable operation. Her career progression began as an admin assistant then working her way to an Area Sales Manager, followed by senior roles spanning product management, branch management, and company leadership.
Renowned for her strong leadership and commercial acumen, Kristy will support VIVALDA Group’s ambition to maintain its position as market leader while bringing enhanced commercial focus and strategic direction to the business.
In her role as Managing Director, Kristy will oversee distribution brands BBS Facades and Vivalda, working collaboratively with the Group’s manufacturing businesses, including Pura Facades, MSP Facades and Prism Powder Coating.

Company Founder Peter Johnson will continue as Group Chairman, while Ben Jayes remains as Group Managing Director within the refreshed organisational structure.
