Versaroc is CE marked according to EN 12467:2012 + A1:2016, and is rated Reaction to fire: A1 non-combustible according to EN 13501-1:2007 + A1:2009.
Versaroc is also highly moisture tolerant and has achieved category A performance to EN 12467:2012 + A1:2016.
Versaroc is used where exceptional mechanical performance is required. It helps improve the airtightness of building envelopes when sealed at the joints, and its relative high density offers excellent acoustic performance.
Available in a standard sheet size of 2400 x 1200mm, at 9mm and 12mm thicknesses, Versaroc can be cut to bespoke sizes to suit project requirements.
