At SPSenvirowall, we are pleased to announce our shortlisting in three categories at the INCA Awards 2019.
We are proud to have been shortlisted for these awards as over the past ten years, SPSenvirowall has demonstrated a continuous commitment to innovation and quality in this rapidly changing industry.
Four of our projects have been shortlisted in the New Build, Architectural Design and Heritage categories.
In the New Build category, both Berry Court and the Premier Inn projects were shortlisted. Berry Court is a new build residential development where 3,500m² of SPSenvirowall’s TS Rail system was specified, while Premier Inn, a commercial development in Cardiff Bay utilised 3,500m² of direct fix mineral wool with a bespoke white flexible saw-toothed brick slip.
Berry Court was also shortlisted in the Architectural Design category for its sympathetic design to the Art Deco heritage of Bournemouth, featuring an attractive curved feature achieved due to the use of the SPSenvirowall system.
Finally, our project, Bradley Lane was shortlisted in the Heritage category. Built in 2008, this project was the first example of SPSenvirowall’s RendaClad system utilised on a development which has remained crisp and clean as the day the building was completed over 10 years ago.
As part of the Benx Group of companies, our people and our clients are at the core of everything we do, where we strive to encourage a culture of collaboration, integrity and excellence and we are delighted to be recognised at these prestigious awards.
The winners will be revealed at the black-tie INCA Awards Dinner on Thursday 28th November at the MacDonald Burlington Hotel in Birmingham, the highlight of the year within the industry. We wish all the finalist the very best of luck and look forward to celebrating this exciting event.
