When gravity is not available for wastewater and sewage services a robust and reliable pumping system such as the floor mounted, Pump Technology Ltd. EffluMaxi, is required. This is especially relevant for public service buildings due to ‘usage’ factors.

Manchester, were asked by the Local Council to refurbish a plant room which contained an EffluMaxi floor mounted lifting station handling the wastewater and sewage from six toilets and four washbasins used by the office staff and general public.
The original unit was over twenty years old, its operation had proved reliable and, because of this, the Council specified a like-for-like replacement.
