Grange Paddocks: High Class Performance meets Luxury Finish
Achieving robustness at this level need not compromise on aesthetics, as demonstrated by this impressive project for East Hertsfordshite Council on the provision of a £22 million health & wellbeing centre at Grange Paddocks. A natural look woodgrain veneer cubicle door coupled with a subtle grey pilaster provided a luxury finish across changing, showers and WCs alike. The rear panels of the toilet cubicles were installed in a contrasting white gloss laminate, which completed an impressive trio of materials for the WC cubicles. This striking aesthetic continued into the design for locker areas, with a combination of colour palettes and materials employed in a dramatic scheme of lockers across the changing areas.
The project was complete with laminated vanity units and matching grooming shelving units provide ample grooming facilities for users and an impressive series of bespoke solid surface bench seating units installed in the dry changing areas, creating a luxury finish and asserting the overarching aim of the facility as a place of retreat for wellness and positivity.
