The hinge system is suitable for timber, PVC and aluminium systems up to 150kg sash weight and ensures a high degree of security, suitable for PAS24 with an intruder resistance up to RC3. It has been tested to the highest durability class H3 (DIN EN 14126-8) at 20,000 cycles, ensuring an extremely long service life. From planners’ and end users’ perspectives the new hinge also scores points thanks to its lean, modern design and its subtle look with concealed screws, cover caps in different colour variants and new optional coatings.

Alongside the product stocking advantages, the fabricator will also benefit from greater efficiencies in production, such as click-in coupling of the stay hinge which is unique to SIEGENIA’s system and a new bottom hinge bolt fastening that enables faster installation alongside a high level of compression and pressure adjustment.
