Embrace the evolution of Japandi with Keller
Keller Kitchens has unveiled Silent River, a serene new kitchen design that reflects the growing appetite for Japandi-inspired interiors. Known for its carbon-neutral manufacturing and exceptional design versatility, Keller presents a scheme that blends minimalist refinement with natural warmth.
A refined palette of natural textures and earthy finishes
Silent River brings together minimalist design and natural warmth through Keller’s versatile palette of finishes. Central to the look is the Bronx door in the soft, muted River Stone finish and the Nottingham door in a rich Natural Oak stain – two complementary styles that capture the essence of the Japandi aesthetic. Beyond these hero finishes, the concept offers a broader selection of earthy tones including Clay, Sesame, Sand and Sea Salt, each designed to evoke a sense of stillness and simplicity. These colours pair effortlessly with Keller’s Natural Oak and Silver Oak cabinet finishes, allowing designers to craft interiors that feel both grounded and refined across both contemporary and more traditional settings.
Silent River champions the use of matt finishes and worktops inspired by natural stone, enhanced by gentle curves and rounded forms that soften the overall composition. Open shelving, warm-toned lighting, and thoughtfully placed biophilic elements – such as indoor planting or access to natural daylight – add an airy, uplifting quality to the space. More than a kitchen scheme, Silent River embodies a design philosophy rooted in mindful living, offering retailers, designers, and architects a serene, flexible canvas shaped by timeless materials and calming, nature-led design.
A key USP of the cabinet range is its stackable design, allowing cabinets to be built to a full height of up to 2470mm, maximising vertical storage and delivering a streamlined, floor‑to‑ceiling finish.
