Embassy Gardens will be a landmark riverside neighbourhood, adjacent to the new US Embassy and at the heart of the new Linear Park. Luis Bustamante and Sean Mulryan of Ballymore have worked to ensure that the communal areas of the development feel like a natural extension of the individual properties; warm and discreet yet lively, with an air of luxury. In order to achieve this, a combination of ‘warm’ materials including oak, felt, brass will be matched with precious marbles such as palissandro marble, a white marble with brown-gold veins.
Luis Bustamante, renowned artist and specialist in sculpture, has carefully selected the artwork to bring vitality to vast spaces through use of sculpture and interior design features. An example of this will be the main entrance lobby, where the impressive double height space will contain focal points including Jan Hendrix’s sculpture and the impressive Van Der Straeten hanging lamp, which balance the space.
