One of the largest commercial developments proposed on the South Coast in recent years and aims to deliver a flexible range of accommodation to meet growing market demand, particularly for office and distribution uses.
The 10 applications are for various parcels of land within Adanac Park and relate to:
- An 80 bedroom care home and 26 residential units;
- 4,100sq m of storage and distribution space;
- 27,600sq m of storage and distribution space;
- 10,840 sq m of office space;
- Conversion of a farmhouse from residential to office space, plus additional 2,953 sq m of office space;
- 20,583 sq m of office space;
- 12,941 sq m of office space;
- Redevelopment of farmstead area and construction of 23 residential units;
- A new restaurant; and
- Access roads, footpaths, cycleways and landscaping.
