Clearview Homes received an unanimous approval from the London Borough of Hillingdon for their latest canal-side regeneration scheme.
Carefully designed in conjunction with Assael Architects of London, the scheme makes use of redundant industrial and storage areas adjacent to The Grand Union Canal. The development creates a mix of 50 homes of one, two and three bedroom apartments over three blocks set in a carefully landscaped area adjacent to the canal.
The committee were full of praise for what they felt was an efficient and effective use of a redundant brown field site that would form the basis of future regeneration.
The whole team of Clearview Homes, their architects and Planning Consultant, Richard Henley was complimented for the high standard of Engagement between all parties on the pre-app process, enabling a smooth passage to a unanimous approval.
