The Munich-based company Timeless Homes GmbH, which creates exclusive luxury homes around the world, today unveiled the exclusive interior design for its Timeless Chalets.
The innovative architecture was conceived by renowned designers and reflects the functional aesthetics and clear, purist expressions of form of the Timeless brand. Timeless Chalets are designed based on a modern interpretation of the timber construction that is especially popular in the Alps.
The interior concept of the luxury chalets contrasts traditional materials, such as natural stone and aged wood, with high quality design elements and a unique open feeling in the rooms. The flowing transitions between the living areas give the interior architecture a luxurious sense of space.
Timeless Chalets ensure the optimal atmosphere of comfort and relaxation in your own vacation chalet and are equipped with a spacious wellness area, which continues out to the terrace. The wellness area’s highlights are the Finnish wood sauna and the glassed-in steam bath.
A large terrace features a roomy seating area, an open fire pit and a popular hot tub.
Michael Gössl, CEO of Timeless Luxury Group, about the new concept, says:
“Our motivation was to translate timeless elegance, which is what Timeless Homes stands for, into interior spaces. What especially fascinated us in this effort was the interplay of traditional materials with the high functionality and simplicity of the interior.”
The two-story Timeless Chalets are being realized in cooperation with Geisler & Trimmel, one of the most prestigious hotel developers in Austria, and will be offered in versions for four, six or eight guests.
The first property is planned for the Tegernsee region, followed by other high-profile locations in the Alps. Included in the target group are not only private users, but also commercial investors who wish to take advantage of the boom in luxury chalets in the Alps.
