Stride Treglown has hired new Divisional Director, Martin Pain to work within its urban regeneration, master planning and residential projects.
Martin has joined Stride Treglown from BDP and Glenn Howells Architects. Having delivered many major residential-led development projects throughout the UK and beyond, Martin has over 15 years of experience primarily in the private sector.
Martin has won a number of housing awards for his clients and within his role at Stride Treglown, he will be responsible for securing work across the residential sector. He brings vast experience of working closely with clients, authorities and residents through challenging planning and consultation phases of large inner city and suburban master plans and residential schemes. The focus of these schemes was to create sustainable and award winning places to live.
