Leading radiator manufacturer – Stelrad – has cemented its links with a Midlands based heating contractor.
Stelrad Managing Director Mike Conlon recently attended Holdcroft Heating in Burslem’s annual awards ceremony and presented the Apprentice of the Year Award to Josh Hopwood. Stelrad has branded one of the walls in the company’s training centre with its unique Radical serial feed radiator information and has jointly sponsored Stoke Rugby Club with the firm.
“We have built an excellent working relationship with Steve and Tina Holdcroft here and seen many thousands of our radiators installed by the company over the past few years,” says Mike Conlon. “We’ve been really impressed by the attitude the company takes to the heating industry, in particular its support for bringing locally sourced apprentices through the company to ensure they have a workforce that is highly qualified, but also very aware of the ethos of the business and its owners. It’s no coincidence that Holdcroft Heating has an excellent reputation in the business – they do things the right way and put huge emphasis on customer care.”
Owner Steve Holdcroft is delighted with the close relationship that has grown with Stelrad: “We really appreciate the support we get from Stelrad and value the time Mike has put into being with us for our award’s event recently. We see building partnerships with our suppliers as key to the success of our business and feel Stelrad has been there for us when we have needed their input. They provide quality products we feel confident of installing in our customers’ premises and we know we can always source their products quickly – including non-standard sizes and colours – when we need them.”
