Opportunity to view and comment on oak park’s new health and wellbeing campus

Hampshire’s first purpose-built Health and Well-Being campus has been designed by expert and award-winning architects Penoyre & Prasad, and is to be located at Oak Park, Havant. We are keen to share with you our plans for the proposed nursing home, extra care accommodation and supported living apartments.

In line with Hampshire County Council’s ‘Ageing Well’ strategy, the entire campus will offer a new approach to the provision of desirable accommodation for over 55s, with help and support available at various levels dependent upon need. All residents and visitors will benefit from a flexible central area designed for the use of the whole community, to include shops, cafes, exercise areas, art and craft workshops and office space for staff.

All members of the local community are invited to pop in without making an appointment and see our plans and discuss them with us and our colleagues from the organisations who will be delivering housing management, care and support services.
