Kinedo wins cubicle contract for Larkfleet Homes

The range of Kinedo cubicles from household bathroom brand, Saniflo, is becoming widely accepted as a quality shower solution for housebuilders up and down the UK.

Following hot on the heels of the product being used in new developments by Broadgate Homes and Kensington Developments, the company is pleased to announce that Larkfleet Homes of Lincolnshire has specified the unit in several of its new developments in the East Anglian region. Over the course of the next 12 months some 120 Kinedo Horizon cubicles will feature in the builder’s high quality developments of apartments and houses.

The stunning Horizon cubicle features opaque interior glass panels which prevent the need for tiling and grout. The 6mm exterior panel and 8mm door are manufactured from transparent toughened safety glass and the whole ensemble sits neatly over a bespoke shower tray which has pre-formed sills to ensure an absolutely leak-free shower. Due to the intuitive, clever assembly of the tray and panels there is no requirement for silicone during the installation.

The unit, which is available in corner, quadrant and recessed versions, is supplied complete with a modern, built- in shower valve, contemporary rainshower head and handset and hose. Finishing touches include integrated shelves as a stylish storage solution and Cristal Plus coating to all glass surfaces.

Ann Boardman is Customer Services & Marketing Manager for Saniflo:

“Our research tells us that housebuilders, when they switch to our cubicles, love them because they not only look luxurious, but they are quick and easy to install, saving plumbing time and they stay looking great for longer. There is no potential discolouring to grout – because the opaque back panels eliminate the need for tiles and there’s no need to use silicone because of the clever assembly process. There are rarely any after-care issues after installation so the builder can get on with the next job in hand rather than focus on a snag list in the shower.”
