Property consultancy GL Hearn has recently recruited a range of staff across all of its operating sectors, with particular emphasis on its London Strategy team, development, residential and public sector services.
The recruitment activity, which has increased staff numbers by 20% throughout 2014, follows on from strong growth for the consultancy over the past few years.
Resources have been increased in order to meet the greater demand for property consultancy services resulting from the UK’s economic recovery. GL Hearn’s network has been boosted to support strong growth in infrastructure, development planning and regeneration projects.
As a result of this latest recruitment drive, GL Hearn’s Planning Development and Regeneration team is now one of the largest in the country and other key departments seeing new hires and growth include the Building Consultancy and Business Rates teams.
Brian Sloggett, managing director of GL Hearn, says the new employees will be joined by more recruits in the coming months:
