Four Benoy projects shortlisted for 2014 World Architecture Festival

Benoy is incredibly excited to announce that it has been shortlisted for a record four awards at the prestigious World Architecture Festival (WAF) this year.

Benoy’s strength and diversity as a multi-disciplinary design firm has been reflected in the WAF shortlist with its projects represented across the Retail, Masterplanning and Commercial Office sectors in both the completed and future categories.

Shortlisted Projects:

  • Chengdu IFS, China – Shopping, Completed Building
  • Westgate, Singapore – Shopping, Completed Building
  • DreamCenter Masterplan, Shanghai, China – Masterplanning, Future
  • Qian Tan Office Park, Shanghai, China – Office, Future

The World Architecture Festival is the world’s largest festival and live awards competition dedicated to celebrating and sharing architectural excellence from across the globe. Winners will be announced following presentations to live juries at the festival hosted in Singapore from 1 to 3 October, 2014.

Last year, Benoy was shortlisted in WAF’s sister event, the World Festival of Interiors, with Hysan Place competing for the INSIDE Shopping Center award.
