The Eco Technology Show, returning on 11-12 June 2015 at the Amex, has today announced that recently re-elected MP of Brighton Pavilion, Caroline Lucas, will chair an important discussion on ‘The Future of Energy Efficiency’ on Friday 12 June at 2.30pm.
Caroline will be joined by a panel of energy efficiency experts including Matthew Farrow, Executive Director of the Environmental Industries Commission, Christoph Harwood, Director of Marksman Consulting, Mike Walker, Sustainable Energy Using Products Team at DECC and Alex Hunt, Partner of The Green Building Partnership.
Nicola Gunstone, Director of the Eco Technology Show said:
“We are delighted that Caroline will be returning to the Show this year. As the only Green Party MP in the country she is ideally placed to chair the discussion on the future of energy efficiency.
“We are all looking forward to hearing her thoughts as well as the questions from the audience and I’m sure this will be one of the most popular discussions of the Show.”
With a packed show floor bustling with 120 exhibitors and a free programme of over 70 seminars, this show is set to be the biggest yet. A new Innovation Zone will showcase brand new products including solar cloths and robots to install insulation, as well as the latest ideas from Taiwan, whose London-based Trade Centre has chosen the Eco Technology Show to launch a range of products in the UK.
Whilst the free seminars don’t need preregistration, if you want to dig deeper into any core topics, it could be worth booking one of the limited spaces in the Communications Hub where facilitated networking sessions will look at topics such as retrofitting for energy efficiency and energy management.
