LSA one-day CPD accredited seminars – in lead or hard metals

The Lead Sheet Association is the independent technical authority on the design, specification and application of Rolled Lead Sheet in construction.

Many of you may have dealt with the company’s Technical Office which provides support and advice to architects, surveyors, contractors and specifiers, ranging from routine enquiries to more complex jobs.

The Technical Team will be running its popular one-day CPD seminars in Lead or Hard Metals at its Training Centre in Kent again this year.

Current available dates are: Lead – 4th May & 5th October; Hard Metals – 11th May and 12th October.

These seminars are perfect for anyone involved in the specification, design and handling of lead or hard metals in the construction industry who wants to gain a closer understanding of these materials.

The day combines board room presentations with practical hands-on workshop experience. All presentations are also fully supported with free technical information and a copy of the LSA Manual or FTMRC – UK Guide to Good Practice will be provided to all seminar participants.

LSA CPD delivery in Scotland
The LSA’s technical experts are also running two half-day seminars in Scotland, looking at the different applications of Rolled Lead Sheet or Traditional Hard Metals such as copper and zinc.

They are aimed at anyone involved in the surveying, specifying or installation of rolled lead sheet/traditional hard metals in the construction industry and are a great way to get a more in-depth view of these materials and their applications.

Prices are £150 plus VAT per seminar, or £250 plus VAT if both are booked.
